RETURNS

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase please be aware that we are unable to cover the cost of returns. Please be sure of your measurements, we are always here to help if you have a question about sizing. To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs and a $20 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you’d like us to send you a generated shipping label, we are happy to do so and deduct the amount from your refund. RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED UPON APPROVAL FROM MANAGEMENT AND WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE. CARBAG/MotoJacket must be returned in “new” condition with no dirt marks, etc. or the monetary value of return/refund will be at a lower value that will be determined upon inspection.

EXCHANGES

If you have ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange your order for the correct size, you will need to return your product in the same condition and box that you received it in, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return, the price difference in the cost of the CarBag/MotoJacket you are exchanging it for and the new shipment costs. Our product is made in the USA and due to the packaging size and weight, it is expensive to ship. Please be sure of your purchase before ordering as we are unable to cover shipping/return costs.
